Walking, Everything

It's been a pleasant holiday weekend.   Good weather, lots of sunshine and fresh air.  Expecting to get in a round of golf for the fourth straight day.

All that walking -- I know, it's not nearly as much with a cart, but you do what you can -- has been great for the scale even though I've eaten like a crazy person.  I absolutely need to get a walk into my daily routine, every single day.  If I do that and keep the eating in check a little the weight will just fall off.

Breakfast:  4 strips Wright thick cut applewood bacon, coffee

Getting lazy with the photos, need to fix that.  But I don't know how exciting 4 strips of bacon on a paper towel and a coffee mug can be.  I cooked up (baked) the rest of the package I opened last time so I have six strips to put on the pizzas I'll make come lunchtime.

Lunch:  Homemade pizza with bacon, ham, onion, green pepper, jalapeno


Yup.

Dinner:  Logan's Roadhouse 6 oz sirloin, mash pot w gravy, salad w ranch, 2 rolls w butter, 16 oz Miller Lite

Exercise:  18 holes, moderate extra walking
