Welp.

Things had been going well.  But then I took a tumble and have been barely able to walk (at all) due to a severe ankle sprain.  At least the doc doesn't think there is anything broken.

Still, boo.  No exercise for me.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Lunch:  CFA spicy chicken sandwich, fries, 8 pc nugget

Dinner:  leftover pizza with ham and meatballs, chips and onion dip

Exercise:  no, ldo

Dinner:  Pizza with ham and meatballs

Breakfast:  McD sausage biscuit

Lunch:  Culvers bacon deluxe minus onion, chicken tenders w ranch

Dinner:  McD Big mac, 2x mcchicken, mc double

Exercise:  9 holes with cart, zero unnecessary walking.  Tried to tough it out.  Bad decision.
