Walking is good for weight loss, it covers for a lot of really crappy eating.

Just saying.

I was utterly unprepared for the week to start.  I don't have food prepped or planned, didn't go to the grocery store, farm or smoked meat place.

Breakfast:  Cottage cheese, coffee

Lunch:  Big Mac, McDouble

Dinner:  4 tacos mexican style plus cheese, hot sauce, will probably have a few pork rinds


Exercise:  Nope
