Pretty pretty bad. Weekends, man.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, a mountain of hash browns, 3 pancakes with 'butter', coffee
Different breakfast place before golf. Forgot to take a picture.
After golf: 12 oz Miller Lite
Lunch: Ham, salami and cheese sub with dressing, garlic cheese bread w pizza sauce
Dinner: Hot dog w bun, mac and cheese, strawberries
Birthday party food. Did skip the cake and ice cream
Also: Chips and onion dip
Cleaned it up.
Exericse: 18 holes with cart, some extra walking. Not as much as I would like.
