I haven't been keeping up.  Predictably, it's been a dismal week of eating lots of bad stuff.

Breakfast:  TB steak crunchwrap, coffee
Lunch:  Culver's bacon deluxe, chicken tenders with ranch
Dinner:  Little Caesars extra pizza, sauce
Exercise:  Nope

Snack:  TB chicken burrito, fritos beef burrito
Dinner:  Deluxe pizza, salad with italian, Miller Lite
Exercise:  9 holes with cart

Breakfast:  Coffee
Lunch:  Ham, salami and cheese grinder, a few chips
Dinner:  4 tacos mexican style plus cheese
Exercise:  Nope

Breakfast:  4 strips bacon, coffee
Lunch:  Pizza with pepperoni, bacon, green olives, jalapeno
Dinner:  Hamburger, potato salad, strawberries, chips, onion dip
Exercise:  18 holes with cart

Saturday, June 15, 2019

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w jelly, coffee
Lunch:  Patty melt, onion rings, 16 oz Miller Lite
Dinner:  2 chicken enchiladas, 2 steak tacos
Exercise:  18 holes with cart
