It may not be particularly warm, but at least I believe today will be dry and sunny. I'm looking forward to getting back outside.
Very tired this morning. Haven't been sleeping well and even though I napped for a bit yesterday evening I still was drained when I woke up so I went back to bed and dozed for a while longer. When I finally got up about 9:15 I felt much more normal.
I've had some back pain the last week as well what I hope is a strained muscle in my upper left chest. No treatment, just trying to be careful. If it continues too much longer I may need to get it checked out.
Breakfast: 5 strips Wright thick cut applewood bacon, 1 medium avocado, coffee, a few potato chips
Cleaned up the last of the chips. Somehow the avo was still underripe despite five days of sitting on the counter. /shrug
Lunch: Homemade pizza with pepperoni
Somehow I managed to not have any mozzarella, so I just used grated parmesan like the old school Chef Boy Ar Dee pizza kits. Turned out delicious.
Dinner: Logan's Roadhouse - 6 oz sirloin, mashed potatoes with gravy, side salad with ranch, roll with buttter, 16 oz Miller Lite
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, lots of extra walking. I had my phone in my pocket, which I never do, it said I got in 9,000 steps.
