Dinner:  Semi-homemade pepperoni pizza (store crust)

I have an idea of a way to solve something vexing -- my need to eat ASAP when I get home in the evening.  This need drives me to bring home takeout or pick up a pizza so that I have something as soon as I walk in the door.  I'm sure I'd eat less if I could break that habit once and for all.

It's a really stupid idea, but it's an idea.

Breakfast:  2 Panera asiago bagels with veggie cream cheese, coffee

You know what, those insulated steel travel mugs sure keep coffee scalding hot for a long time.  Ouch.

Lunch:  Culvers bacon deluxe, chicken tenders w ranch

Dinner:  Ham pepperoni and cheese sub, garlic cheese bread

Did not get a chance to try it.

Exercise:  Nope.
