Possibly Mushy

I was trying to think of the right adjective to describe my appearance this morning.  I mean, other than awful.  I think what brought it on was how it changes when I'm leaning forward like when brushing teeth or shaving, all the muscles that keep the fat in check go slack and I'm ... mushy.  I dunno.  Not quite it, but neither is bloated, puffy or just superfat.

On a more positive note, things continue to tick down slowly on the scale and that's a good thing.  It definitely gets the day off to a positive start when I see that.  I think it has helped that I've been more resistant to snacking lately (and haven't had much on hand).   Satiety even kicked in yesterday after lunch, now if it would just kick in faster that would be swell.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Maybe I hit the store tonight, maybe tomorrow night.  Not sure yet.

Lunch:  1 egg over medium, 2 beef and cheddar smoked sauasages, Alexia hash browns in butter


Kinda like the GOAT.   Just with less bacon and avocado.

Dinner:  ~ 8 oz leftover smoked prime rib, 4 strips thick cut bacon, 2 corn tortillas


Hard to beat the combination of beef and bacon.  Ate some on the tortillas, which was fine, but it was fine by itself too.  I debated adding some cilantro and onion (I did make it to the store) but since it's already 8:00 I decided to skip it.

Exercise:   Nope.   Hoping to be active this evening but it won't be straight on exercise.
