Lots of liquid exited and despite a McLunch yesterday produced another dip on the scale. Made for a happy morning. Undoubtedly it's again just a function of being very fat and eating a relatively reasonable number of calories instead of actual full-on fixing of eating habits, but a win is a win. Now if I can just get to walking.
Breakfast: Coffee
As mentioned, not prepared for the week. I'll need to hit the grocery store tonight. Err, tomorrow night.
Lunch: 2 eggs over medium, 6 strips bacon, Alexia hashbrowns in butter
Still the GOAT. Was hungry.
Snack and golf: Some Meijer hot and spicy pork rinds, 24 oz Miller Lite
Dinner: 5 oz sirloin, slice of toast, salad bar, cup of cream of asparagus soup, 3 chicken wings
As per photo. Just a bit too much.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, little extra walking.
