Side Ugh'd

TGIF of course.  Very sluggish start this morning, just not sleeping well.  This issue I have with my side makes moving around to find a comfortable position challenging, plus my extreme apple shapedness -- really it's more like barrel shaped, I just have a ton of weight in my midsection shoulders to hips -- has left me not well rested.  Tomorrow is going to suck because I'm going to have to get up an hour and a half earlier than normal.

On the bright side, another tick down on the scale.  I'm seeing small improvements in the rest of me.  Still so far to go but it's trending in the right direction.

Breakfast:  5 strips thick cut bacon, coffee


I cooked up the rest of the package last night and would have been fine with 3 strips, except -- fat logic alert -- it seemed dumb to dirty another pan reheating the rest some other time.  So I'll be eating a bit less at lunch instead I think.

Lunch:  2 eggs over medium, 2 beef and cheddar smoked sausages, Alexia hash browns in butter


This was actually too much food.  Still ate it though, because (a) fat and (b) delicious.

Dinner:  Dominos brooklyn ham pepperoni and jalapeno.  Will prob get into some chips and onion dip


Audible, changed off tacos.  It was satisfactory.

Exercise:  Nope.
