Ugh. Serious leg and foot cramping, starting not that long after I went to sleep. I think I had to get up three times. Needless to say I am not rested and ready for the week. I did a few minutes of cursory research and as expected there isn't much of an answer as to what causes the cramps nor is there an easy answer as to how to get rid of them. Causes included dehydration, excessive exercise, standing on a concrete floor and "improper sitting" whatever the hell that is. I'd prefer to avoid buying and taking supplements but I'm sure I would if I thought it would solve the problem.
Breakfast: Fage 5% Yogurt, coffee
Grabbed the only portable thing that required zero time. Being so tired and sleeping so poorly made me push it timewise.
Lunch: Brisket chili, potato chips
The chili was glorious, really it's what I've been looking for. I might try making a version that's half brisket and half chuck (or even ground beef) to keep the cost down a bit, but it's worth it. Cleaned up last night's chips, it may be that they did not help with the legs.
Dinner: 4 ground beef tacos, mexican style, add cheese and hot sauce
Good as always. Hungry, so I destroyed them. Will probably have one of those NSA rice pudding cups too.
Exercise: Nope. Dragging.
