Resistance To Cooking Is Real

Hey, how about that.  A new month.

It's absolutely crazy that I've only been working on this for ten days, it feels like eons.  Maybe someday soon it will be actual eons.  Anyway, the last couple days I've been indecisive on lunch and dinner.  I managed to make myself eat stuff at home today for both meals, which is a good thing.  But if there were more really good options I probably wouldn't have.  

Breakfast:  Cottage cheese, coffee (later)


Cleaned up another carton.  Still an OK breakfast.

Lunch:  Spicy beans with bacon, cheddar jack cheese, ~ 2 oz Armour hard salami


Glad I had the salami, was a little worried about whether this was going to be enough.  Turns out I was pleasantly sated and it kept me going all afternoon.  I made a point of having more water at work too.

Dinner:  2 eggs scrambled with Spam, 1 large avocado.  Also, one small carton of Two Good mixed berry yogurt.


I ate about half of it.   I don't think this will be a meal I'll be repeating any time soon.  I picked up the yogurt last week mostly due to a coupon.  Didn't love it, apparently even stevia tastes artificial to me.  Then again I was seriously considering looking for a bottle of Orange Vanilla Coke Zero Sugar just to try it so I guess I'm just weird.
