The Joys of Cooking For One

Another week in the books.  Not quite as wiped out as I have been recently, though I do hope to work on the sleep schedule some this weekend.

Breakfast:  ~ 2 oz salami, coffee (later)

Pretty standard stuff, as a quick breakfast it works.

Lunch:  McDonald's double QPC, plain, no bun.


Lost a lot of cheese to the bun but oh well.  Not super hungry at any point today which was nice.  I prefer Culvers and Wendys but hey, I had a coupon.

Dinner:  Taco Salad


Same as last night, just with less lettuce, more beef and way more beans.  Too much, actually, as I couldn't finish it.  I think it really would work out better to divide the stuff into three meals, I just don't know how well I can lock myself into three nights in a row.  The joys of solo cooking.

I bought a package of the NSA rice pudding cups I used to like last week, maybe I'll have one of those later.
