Football Saturday! I've had too much cheese already, should probably not have any more today.
I've actually accomplished a decent amount today which is nice. The weakness hasn't been a notable factor other than briefly first thing this morning which is great. Things are fitting a bit better. It's good.
Breakfast: 2 oz Meijer double cheddar cheese, coffee
Grab and go since I wanted to get out the door and to the golf course.
Snack: Bloody mary with Tito's vodka, cheese and olive garnish, pickle
I guess you can call it a snack. Waiting out a rain delay.
Lunch: Parmesan/rye cheese pizza
We'll see if this makes the day too carby. Grazing. Additional benefit of cleaning up the sauce and mozzarella. I was already out of pepperoni.
Dinner: ~ 1/2 lb of CF garlic black pepper beef bacon
A nice and easy way to have some tasty beef.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart. Rained out after that.
