I think last night's carb blowout was a massive shock to the system.  There was a lot of extra time in the can this morning.  Today's eating hasn't been too great either.

Breakfast:  ~ 1 oz hard salami, 1 slice sharp cheddar, coffee

Snack:  ~ 2.5 oz CF cajun beef jerky

Lunch:  Wendy's double with cheese


Dinner:  Domino's thin crust pepperoni, ham, jalapeno pizza

Of all the pizzas you had to get DOMINOS.
Tasty.

Dessert:  Girl Scout thin mints

Yeah, I was wrong.  Not done with the stupid cookies.

Exercise:  45 minutes arms and core
