Quick post tonight.

Breakfast:  2 slices sourdough with generous butter, package of buddig ham, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba brisket bowl

Dinner:  Domino's thin crust pepperoni, ham, onion pizza

Exercise:  Nope.  Bitterly cold.
