Happy May.  Super sluggish this morning, tried to sleep in but it wasn't really effective.  Some aches and pains last night, a sign that I haven't been doing things right.

Breakfast:  2 eggs fried in a bit of butter, 5 strips Meijer bacon, Alexia hash browns in butter, coffee

The old standby.  Generous portions today, since it's late and lunch will probably be a drive thru burrito.

Lunch:  2 Taco Bell beefy crunch burritos

Snack:  Cheddar cheese pretzel Combos, 12 oz Bells Oatsmobile Ale

Dinner:  Sub sandwich (ham, turkey, salami, cheese, mayo), potato salad, a handful of chips, a couple baby carrots with ranch and about six grapes.  Party food.

Exercise:  Nope.

It could have been worse.  But it also could have been much better.  Sheesh.
