Unexpectedly busy.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, bacon, hash browns, raisin toast, coffee

Slept in so I ended up going out.  Which is silly but whatever.

Lunch:  Small bag of Fritos, 12 oz Miller Lite

Golfin'

Dinner:  Spaghetti w ground beef, salad w ranch, garlic toast, strawberries and bananas.

Snack:  DeLish jalapeno cheddar chips.  Meh.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  Ankle and achilles hurting.
