Breakfast:   McD sausage biscuit, coffee

Lunch:  2 TB beefy crunch burritos

Dinner:  Pizza with pepperoni and bacon, 12 oz All Day IPA

Exercise:  Nope.

Sigh.  Eat a damn vegetable son.
