Yup.

Breakfast:  McD sausage biscuit, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba bowl with chicken, chips

They got new baskets!

Dinner:  Taco Bell beefy crunch burrito, steak doubledilla, chips and salsa, spicy tostada.  12 oz All Day IPA

Blech.

Exercise:  45 minutes HARD everything.  Toughest workout yet.

Whew.
