Happy Mums Day

Dragging big time.  Poor sleep after a day of doing it wrong.  Oh well.  Hopefully some fresh air will perk me up.

Breakfast:  2 Aunt Millies sourdough english muffins with veggie cream cheese

Lunch:  can of Progresso chicken and wild rice soup, a handful of Meijer jalapeno potato chips, coffee

Snack:  1 oz Fritos, 12 oz Miller Lite

Dinner:  2 1/3 hot dogs with mustard, chips and salsa, salad with ranch

Exercise:  18 holes with cart
