Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  Wendy's double with cheese, spicy nuggets, value size fries.  12 oz All Day IPA

Exercise:  40 minutes legs and core
