A Tues Day

Nothing special, just a standard busy day.

Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  Chef salad with tons of meat and cheese and a little ranch dressing, big bowl of broccoli cheese soup, 36 oz Miller Lite, 12 oz All Day IPA

Exercise:  40 minutes arm and shoulder, 9 holes with cart
