Strong Work

Breakfast:  McD sausage biscuit, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  Domino's thin crust pizza with pepperoni and bacon, a few Snyders pretzel pieces

Exercise:  40 minutes everything.  Actually felt pretty strong today.  I think cutting out sugar is helping how I feel.  Now, if I could just dial back the starch and stuff.
