Breakfast:  2 McD sausage biscuits, coffee

More than I needed

Lunch:  French dip sandwich with chips

Not a huge sandwich, not bad

Dinner:  Pepperoni bacon pizza, 12 oz All Day IPA

Exercise:  Nope
