Needed it to be the weekend. Will need to work some tomorrow, but it's sure been nice taking today off. Oh, and tomorrow is May, yikes. Time to try to step up the program a bit. I'm happy about making it through the week without (meaningful) sugar. I say meaningful because I'm not inclined to scrape ketchup off my burger and I do have a couple altoids most days. It would be nice to get to true zero but we'll see.
Breakfast: McDonalds sausage biscuit and a little coffee
Lunch: Corned beef reuben sandwich, mac and cheese, 12 oz Founders all day IPA
Snacks: Chips and onion dip, some cheeze its. Neither all that thrilling, kept quantities modest.
Dinner: Progresso chicken with white and wild rice soup, ham and cheese on kaiser roll with butter
Exercise: 18 holes with cart.
Oh yeah. Vegetables. Hmm. Maybe I can find some tomorrow.
