Lunch: hot dog, fritos, orange gatorade
Dinner: Steak n Shake double w cheese, fries, dark chocolate shake
Fourthmeal: mcd 2 cheeseburger meal w Hi C
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, lots of up and down hills.
