Not Quite As Envisioned

Tired.  Long day.  No sugar, though.  Happy about that, less happy about some of the crap.

Breakfast:  big bowl of homemade chicken soup, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl, chips

Snack:  Taco Bell beefy crunch burrito

Dinner:  Lasagna, salad with ranch, 24 oz Miller Lite

Also:  a terrible McDonalds QPC.   Even at free it wasn't worth it.  Yuck.

Exercise:  40 minutes core and legs, 9 holes with cart
