What a week and it's only Tuesday. I'm too old for this.
Breakfast: 2 slices Meijer extra sharp cheddar, coffee
Again.
Lunch: CFA spicy + pep jack, strips, fries, coke
Busy. Excessive.
Dinner: Chopped steak, mash, toast, salad w ranch, 32 oz Yuengling, no bakes
And if I had any other junk food handy I'd be eating it. Sheesh.
Exercise: Nope.
Steps: 3,456 per phone, 2,910 per the new pedometer. There was a brief stretch where I was without the pedometer, so probably pretty similar.
