It's been slow going getting back in the routine. Minimially productive at work, nothing much accomplished at home. Tired. But, on the plus side, at least today I'm seeing improvement in the knees and such. It's embarrassing to hobble around and struggle with getting up out of chairs.
I'm ready for a reset.
Breakfast: Panera asiago bagels w cream cheese, coffee
Meh.
Lunch: Meatloaf sandwich, fries, a few triscuits, mini candy bars
Tasty plus some misc cleanup. A bit much.
Dinner: Cheeseburger, fries w ketchup, mexican coke, finished off the mini candy bars
Local 5G knockoff. Good burger, too many fries.
Exercise: Nope.
