TGIS. I overslept after too many hours of lousy sleep due to sinus irritation plus a couple hours just plain awake in the middle of the night. Got up, got going, worked. I didn't accomplish massive amounts of stuff but I did impose a level of organization, so at least there is that.
We'll see if I can do that much tomorrow, just around the house instead of at work.
Breakfast: McD sausage mcmuffin, burrito, mcgriddle, hash browns. Coffee
Went for the sausage cycle, except for the biscuit.
Lunch: CFA spicy w pepper jack, strips, fries, Coke
Solid but think I've had enough chicken for a while.
Dinner: BK texas whopper, dr pepper, pepsi
I guess technically I had a couple fries but that was it, they were horrendous.
Also a couple slices of american cheese
Exercise: Nope.
