Ugh. Once again not ready. Did not sleep great, woke up well before 5:00. Managed to get up when my alarm went off at 5:30, eventually got going and in to work early. Where I was not productive. Sigh.
It's going to be an absolutely brutal week.
Breakfast: 2 slices Meijer extra sharp cheddar, coffee
Standard.
Later: McD Egg mcmuffin, hash browns
$1 mcmuffin day and I was hungry.
Lunch: Leftover tuna biscuit sandwich, 2 slices Cabot white american, cheese popcorn
A very cheesy lunch. Cleaned up the cheese and corn.
Dinner: Chili cheese dogs, fries, sprite, CFA spicy + PJ, frosted Dr Pepper
Way way too much
Exercise: Nope.
Step Count: 2,195 on phone. New pedometer arrived today, haven't had time to unpack it.
