So There You Go

TGIS.  I slept in, sort of.  Woke up early, disposed of water, slept fitfully, rinse, repeat.  Eventually gave up but it was roughly 9:00 by the time I did.  At least I feel somewhat rested.  For whatever reason the scale was slightly down.

Work day today, of course, but I'm already thinking about tomorrow.  Lots of personal stuff to attend to, including a little cooking and prepping.  I've got the plan all mapped out, now I just need to kick it off.  Tomorrow.  There are multiple pieces to it -- eat at home, spend as little as possible, eat the right foods and (eventually) get some daily exercise.  Going to go with a simple pass/fail grade.  Let's see if I can string some days together.

Breakfast:  McD sausage mcgriddle, burritos, hash browns.  Coffee

Dependably pretty good, also very dependably terrible for me.

Lunch:  Chili cheese dogs, fries, coke

A very late lunch, didn't eat until 4:00. 

Dinner:  BK Texas whopper, fries, Dr Pepper, Snickers ice cream bars

Also late.  And fat.

Exercise:  Nope.  

Compliance:   Nope, not yet.  Would be classified as comprehensive FAIL.  Consecutive days:  0.
