Based on my body's reaction, you would think I started yesterday. Good grief. Lots of water leaving, enough so that the scale was down despite lots of eating.
Anyway, shooting for partial credit today. Breakfast and lunch are accounted for, leaving dinner, which is probably going to work around a long evening at the office so it won't be good. A start, any start, is an improvement.
Breakfast: 3 slices Sargento natural american cheese, coffee
American is kind of bland on its own, so I may need to use some of it up on some burgers or eggs or something.
Lunch: Leftover meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans in a bit of butter
Solid leftoverage.
Dinner: LC pep pizza + sauce, pepsi
Grossly excessive.
Exercise: Nope
