Early Start Possibilities

I've been thinking that I would get back on track this weekend, but maybe I can talk myself into an early start.  I'm bored with the bad eating and annoyed with the fatness.  No reason I can't start early.  Just need to give myself a swift kick.  I'm writing this after lunch, so it won't be the first half of today.

Breakfast:   McD burritos, hash browns.  Coffee.

Blood draw morning.

Lunch:  BK texas double whopper, fries, Dr Pepper, jala cheddar bites

Burger pretty good, rest of the food meh.

Dinner: JM 56/hot italian, chips and onion dip, pepsi

 Tasty

Exercise:  Nope.  Slightly less beat up but it's still going to be a few days I think.
