Much Dragging

Sigh.  I am really dragging today.  11:00 a.m. and I have accomplished nothing.

Woke up early, nose completely blocked.  Eventually got back to sleep but it took a while.  Not restful.  Scale up slightly but not much.

I did make it to the store yesterday, so I have supplies to hopefully get started.

Breakfast:  Cheese popcorn, coffee

Yeah, not exactly the breakfast of champions.  But at least it's another thing that is now gone.

Lunch:  Tuna non-sandwich w avo oil mayo, olives, Sargento natural american cheese

 


Tuna biscuit sandwich minus the biscuit. Later, I had some semi sweet chocolate chips.

Dinner:  Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, cheesy green beans, roll w butter, NSA peaches, 12 oz Miller Lite

 


Sunday dinners.  All very tasty.

Also TB basic box w pepsi.  Mostly wanted the soda. 

Exercise:  Nope.
