New Month New Challenges

Well okay then.  February wasn't very good.  Let's do better.

Second day in a row waking up at 5:00, though once again it took me a long time to get going.  Not sure that I'll keep waking up that early, but it's something I have no control over.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels w chive and onion cream cheese, coffee

 


Bought some new baking powder recently and it's made a notable difference.

Lunch:  Hot tuna biscuit sandwich, cheese popcorn

 


An old favorite from my youth, which I just winged.  Also some tweaks, including avo oil mayo.  Turned out absolutely FANTASTIC.  10/10, will make again.  Probably next weekend, actually.

Dinner:  Spaghetti w meatballs, salad, garlic bread, 12 oz Miller Lite, chocolate sugar cookies w choc ice cream

 


Sunday dinners.  Ate too much.

Exercise:  Nope.  Day of rest.

Steps (according to phone):  300.   LOL.  I don't keep my phone in my pocket on Sundays, so no idea.  I ordered a new pedometer since I cannot seem to find the one I have (which I don't like anyway).
