Quick and Quick

Another quick late post.

Breakfast:   Standard pre-golf breakfast out.

Solid.

Lunch:  Lemon-lime Gatorade, 16 oz Miller Lite, mixed nuts

They didn't have G Zero and were out of waters.  On a humid day, I needed liquid.

Dinner:  Super Rotel dip with Donkey tortilla chips, 12 oz Coors Light, a tomato, Nicks mint chip


Rotel dip was sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, rotel, jalapenos and a half can of leftover southwest pinto beans.  Great.  Not good for me (especially the chips) but very tasty.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, not much extra walking
