Ballooning Then Deflating

Still have not gotten rid of all the excess water brought on by the unnecessary dalliance with pizza hut.  I don't know why their pizza is so much more thirst-inducing, but it is.  And then it takes a few days to get rid of it.  I'm not exactly helping things with other choices, but still.  I know it's water.

On an unrelated note, I bought a medicine ball at Walmart this morning.  I see russian twists and stuff in my future, would be nice to recover a little core strength.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels with cream cheese, coffee


Easy and dependably good.  And I should not eat them.

Lunch:  Leftover mushroom and swiss burger, Snyder's seasoned pretzel twists


OK.

Dinner:  Home cheeseburger, chips, Nicks cherry chip


Ate 1.5x burger plus extra tomato slices.  And too many chips.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, average extra walking
