Wasn't sure if I'd get a decent photo today, since my trip packing is intruding onto the table. I think I "nailed it", but we'll see when I upload.

Lunch: Soup, supersized grilled cheese
Equivalent to 1.5x the standard GC.
Dinner: LC pepperoni pizza w sauce, 12 oz Coors Light, Nice oatmeal cookies
Yeesh.
Exercise: Nope.
