Well, in at least one way I'm glad the holiday weekend is over. I ate horrendously once again and spiked the scale badly. Control is rather lacking at the moment and I need to have a relatively good week to get back on track. Less than three weeks until vacation too.
Nailed the weight prediction this morning, right down to the fraction of a pound. Vaguely concerning that I can estimate a large gain with that much precision.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch Part 1: CFA spicy chicken sandwich
On the road, needed more coffee and because I've been eating so much my body decided it needed food. So I had lunch a little early.
Lunch Part 2: Soup and grilled cheese
A couple hours later. New batch of soup, quite good but not quite to the level of the all timer batch from last time.
Snack: Mixed nuts
Dinner: Taco salad, 12 oz Miller Lite, Nicks mint chip
Excellent effort tonight.
Exercise: 9 holes, nearly all walked. Lots more than usual.
