Weird morning. In multiple ways. Woke up at 3:30. Awake awake. Ended up nodding back off around 5:00 and predictably was much less awake after I woke up later. Still kinda sluggish as I start writing this after breakfast.
Also felt extremely heavy. Dense. Guessed a number and was very surprised when the actual number was much lower and ... down slightly? What? I mean, great, and I'm still up several pounds, but huh? Weird.
I was absolutely pouring when I woke up but I'm still hopeful to get in at least nine holes this afternoon. Definitely need the exercise.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with cream cheese, coffee
Almost didn't buy yogurt to make these this week, since I'm going to be on vacation and will miss the next couple and the store didn't have any small cups, just the quarts. May be a super dairy intensive week.
Lunch: Leftover deluxe rotel dip and Donkey chips
Tasty. And excessive.
Also: Wendy's single and 6pc spicy nugget
Dinner: Hot dogs w MR, chips, salad, vanilla ice cream w choc sauce
Sigh.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, quite a bit of extra walking
