And Then Minus

Yup.  Some of that excess water and stuff went away.  Now if I could just stop accumulating so much of it on the weekends.  I probably would have dumped even more if I hadn't had so many chips last night.  Note to self, stop buying so much crap, you won't eat it if you don't have it on hand.

Also, just did a super quick scroll and man do I ever eat a lot of carbs.  What would happen if I, you know, didn't.  Might be worth exploring once I'm back from vacation.  Maybe.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Soup and grilled cheese


Just about out of the best batch ever, will be sad to have to settle for very good.

Snack:  Mixed nuts

Dinner:  Steak, perch, mashed potato, salad w ranch, bread w bar cheez, 32 oz Labatt Blue, chips



Was hungry.  Ate too much.  Will be fatter tomorrow.

Exercise:  9 holes with cart, not much walking
