I went back and looked at the first of the month and remembered what I had posted, that it was nice to start the month off with a new low. Once again .... nice to start the new month off with a new low. Which frankly was surprising since I had pizza, but not as much given that I did a lot of physical stuff for three or four hours after that. Burning off the calories is still a bit of a thing.
Hopefully this month I don't balloon way up.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and grilled chese
Standard. This really is the best batch of soup I have ever made.
Dinner: Pep and Ham pizza, Nicks mint chip
Local place. Tasty.
Exercise: Nope. Didn't get to sleep until after midnight, let myself sleep until 6:00 and I knew I had a million things to do at work today.
