Improving (and Not) With Age

Whew.  Tired today.  Did too much last night, didn't get to sleep until probably midnight.  Had a very difficult time dragging myself out of bed and I'm definitely not operating at peak performance on less than six hours of sleep.

Unlike me the soup improved with age.  Go soup.  And I got rid of more water bloat.  Continuing to get lots of complements, which is nice.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Soup and grilled cheese


Last of the fridge soup, back to more reasonable portion sizes tomorrow.  I'm rather full but once again have that urge to continue the eating experience.  Which, thankfully, I'm able to resist today because then I would really be hurting.  

Dinner:  Pollo asado, rice, beans, salsa, cheese, guac.  12 oz Coors Light.  A few mixed nuts.  Nicks pb cup


Okay.

Exercise:  Nope.  Rest day.
