I don't know that I can ever remember a more active string of days. Today was just once again just ridiculous. Up at 4:30, doing moving stuff by 5:30, stopped just in time to get in a round of golf and then back for a couple more hours. Good grief. And there will definitely be some more of the same this week.
One side effect is that I was discombobulated enough this morning to forget to weigh in. Oops.
Breakfast: Coffee, donut
I had the last donut (technically the last two halves) of Friday's box.
Lunch: BK southwest bacon whopper, chicken nuggets
Calorie bomb.
Dinner: Brat w M, chips, pickle spear, asparagus, 16 oz Mich Ultra, Nick's cherry chip.
All good.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, average extra walking. Plus all that other activity nonsense. I am tired.
