Still Eating and Eating and

I redid my menu plan for the week this morning.  Turns out I have more bad for me stuff to eat, I guess I got a little carried away at the grocery store last week.  Oops.  I guess getting refocused is going to have to wait a bit.

All this bad eating and exercise has played havoc with my sleep.  Woke up multiple times, got up a few to deal with cramps and other issues.  Not enjoyable.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Leftover home big mac, chips


Worked quite well having the leftover burger patties.  I may have to batch cook those more often.

Dinner:  Chef salad with ranch, bread w butter, 16 oz Labatt Blue, Nicks mint chip


Usual place was closed tonight so we went elsewhere.  It was fine.  Was a little odd that they gave me a slice of bread, but okay.

Exercise:  9 holes with cart, minimal walking
