A small drop on the scale means another new low. That's a fun thing and comes despite some pretty shaky eating lately. I wonder what would happen if I actually got serious.
Got up at the now-usual time, didn't sleep great and snored more than usual. Probably has a lot to do with eating too much too late due to golf league.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Sandwich, chips and onion dip
Shouldn't eat onion dip during the week ldo. Or, for that matter, ever. Sandwich was ham, pepperoni, cheddar, butter on pretzel bun. Will eat the same thing tomorrow.
Dinner: Qdoba chicken bowl, a sample of Fry Daddy's ranch jalapeno snack mix, Nick's triple choc
All female crew at the Q tonight and they did not hook me up. Plus they were out of fajita peppers. Bummer. Oh well, it was still pretty tasty. Chicken is growing on me as an acceptable option, though I still very much miss the brisket and I'd rather have barbacoa (or the pollo asada at Chipotle). The snack mix was an impulse buy, a product made here in the state. I just had a little sample and it's quite good. Will have some with my sandwiches the next couple days.
Going to bed early, I'm out of gas.
