Having a salad for dinner remains a good thing. Moved out a bunch of stuff from the system and between that and a haircut (lol) I was leaner and lighter this morning. It's kinda a shame that I get bored with salad (other than the late lamented taco salad) super fast. Oh well. Bad stuff on tap for dinner tonight.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Stacked ham and cheese on pretzel roll, chips
Working on cleaning some things up. I'll finish the pretzel buns, ham and cheese tomorrow, wiped out the chips today.
Dinner: Hot dogs, air fried Alexia onion rings, 12 oz Coors Light, a few cashews, Nicks PB cup
Not exactly health food, but I'll clean up the rest of it tomorrow.
Exercise: Nope. Rest day.
