Whew, glad it is Friday. Woke up without the alarm at 4. In to work shortly after 5. Which made for a long morning. At least I got a decent night of sleep with very little snoring and I didn't gain any weight despite pizza and short rest which I never would have expected.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Two regular, one decaf and I could have easily had more.
Lunch: Soup, pretzel bun w butter and sharp cheddar
Self-explanatory.
Dinner: Mini frozen pep saus pizza, jala cheddar popcorn, 24 oz Coors Light, Nicks PB choc
More than a little excessive. Sigh. The little pizza was decent, was on sale recently for $1. 390 calories. About the same as the Nicks. Pic is obv of half, at least I remembered.
Exercise: Nope. Been a bad week for that.
